General information:

Fasteners are selected based on the project. The fasteners we supply are
chosen to endure demanding conditions and meet site-specific load requirements.

The Flat system is welded to the roof using bitumen felt. The felt covers the flange screw points according to standards, meaning the installation is considered waterproof after welding, even if the flange is mechanically fastened. Bolts passing through the felt are sealed with an EPDM rubber washer.

Key features:

Flat system components overlap each other, taking up minimal space. The system is not weighted with stones but fastened to the roof either by welding or adhesive. As a result, fewer pallets need to be lifted onto the roof.

The base feet of the FLAT system can be pre-assembled and placed on the roof before welding. This significantly speeds up installation compared to other systems. The flange location is not dependent on panel placement, so positioning isn’t a millimeter-precise task.

Horizontal rails are mounted onto the feet using the “EasyClick” method. No bolts or nuts are needed to fasten the rails.

Panels can be installed either vertically or horizontally –vertical installation is recommended. In vertical installation, panels sit on the rail system like in pitched roof setups, offering better snow load durability. The panel's Half-Cut feature works better vertically and requires fewer components.
